Swire Coca Cola Beverages Ltd Taiwan Branch (BVI) is seeking dedicated and hardworking Factory Workers to join our production team in Taiwan. As a Factory Worker, you will play an essential role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our beverage products are produced, inspected, and packaged to meet our high-quality standards. This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a factory or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery.
• Monitor the production process and ensure the efficient operation of machinery.
• Assemble and package beverage products following detailed specifications and instructions.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
• Meet production targets and deadlines set by the management.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production processes.

Requirements

• Filipino nationality
• Valid passport with no less than 12 months validity
• Ability to travel internationally
