Taiwan Wacoal Co Ltd is hiring Factory Worker bound for Taiwan!

Taiwan Wacoal Co Ltd is currently seeking Factory Workers to join our team in Taiwan. As a Factory Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of manufacturing cotton thread, silk, manmade fibers, wool, or similar animal fibers. This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing processes of cotton thread, silk, manmade fibers, wool, or similar animal fibers.
• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment used in manufacturing.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Package and label products accurately for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
• Meet production targets and deadlines set by management.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production processes.
