Youngtek Electronics Corporation is hiring Factory Worker bound for Taiwan!

Youngtek Electronics Corporation is seeking motivated and hardworking Factory Workers to join our team in Taiwan. As a Factory Worker, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process, contributing to the production of high-quality electronic components. This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Assemble electronic components and devices according to detailed specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Package and label products accurately for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
• Meet production targets and deadlines set by management.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production processes.
