Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in human resources and payroll management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR and payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Human Resource and Payroll team, providing guidance, direction, and support to team members.
• Oversee all aspects of HR and payroll functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and payroll processing.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR and payroll needs and priorities.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on HR and payroll-related matters.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and payroll management.
