Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the design and development of industrial machinery, equipment, or systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with engineering standards, codes, and practices applicable to mechanical design and manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct engineering analyses, simulations, and calculations to assess the performance, reliability, and safety of mechanical designs.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software and other design tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other engineers, designers, and project managers, to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate new technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation activities to verify design concepts and mitigate risks.
• Provide technical support and guidance during the manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases of mechanical projects.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, innovations, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
