Qualifications

• Previous experience as a nurse assistant, healthcare aide, or similar role is advantageous.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients, with a desire to provide exceptional care and support.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, following instructions and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift, move, and assist patients safely, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of patients and the healthcare facility.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages spoken in Qatar is advantageous.
