Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a crash repair or automotive workshop.
• Proficient in panel beating techniques, including metalworking, welding, and finishing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Automotive Body Repair (preferred but not essential).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform panel beating and repair work on damaged vehicle panels, including straightening, reshaping, and welding as necessary.
• Assess vehicle damage and determine the most appropriate repair methods and techniques.
• Remove damaged panels and components, and fit replacement parts as required.
• Use hand and power tools, including hammers, dolly blocks, and pneumatic equipment, to complete repairs.
• Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and meets industry safety and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
