We are currently seeking versatile and skilled Performing Artists to join Ryowa Production Company Limited. This position is approved by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and is specifically open to Filipino workers who are looking to work in Japan. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality performances in various venues and events, contributing to the company’s reputation for excellence in entertainment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Performing Artist, with a portfolio of past performances.
• Versatility and proficiency in one or more performing arts (e.g., singing, dancing, acting, acrobatics).
• Ability to learn and adapt to new routines and roles quickly.
• Excellent stage presence and ability to engage with audiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other artists and production teams.
• Basic knowledge of Japanese language or willingness to learn is an advantage.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and commitment to scheduled performances.
• Valid passport and willingness to relocate and work in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Perform in a variety of shows, events, and recordings, showcasing skills in singing, dancing, acting, or other performance arts.
• Participate in rehearsals and practice sessions to ensure polished and professional performances.
• Collaborate with directors, choreographers, musicians, and other performers to create engaging and dynamic shows.
• Maintain physical fitness and continuously improve techniques relevant to your performing art.
• Engage with audiences to create memorable and impactful experiences.
• Follow schedules and timelines for rehearsals, performances, and recordings.
• Adhere to the company’s guidelines and standards for performances and conduct.
• Participate in promotional activities and media events as required.
