Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Previous experience working as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and range of motion.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients’ specific needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercise programs, and manual techniques to improve patients’ physical function and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
