Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management, with a track record of successful transactions.
• Strong knowledge of property market dynamics, property laws, and regulatory requirements in Australia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Proficiency in real estate software and technology platforms.
• Valid real estate license or certification in Australia (or eligibility to obtain).
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on buying, selling, leasing, and managing residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Conduct market research, analysis, and property valuations to determine market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers, tenants, or investors.
• Manage property listings, including preparing marketing materials, coordinating viewings, and negotiating contracts and lease agreements.
• Liaise with property owners, buyers, tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders to facilitate property transactions and resolve any issues.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, legislation, and market conditions affecting the real estate sector.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and referrals.
