Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience working as a Psychologist, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of psychological assessment and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders and conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and preferences.
• Provide therapy and counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups to address a wide range of mental health issues.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to promote emotional well-being and personal growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
• Stay updated on advancements in the field of psychology and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
