Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, with a focus on design, analysis, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, practices, and technologies, including CAD software, finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
• Experience with engineering design standards and codes applicable to mechanical systems and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Professional engineering license or certification (or eligibility to obtain) is desirable.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, including design, development, and implementation phases.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate project requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed engineering designs, specifications, and drawings for mechanical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of multidisciplinary engineering teams, including designers, drafters, and technicians, to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and testing to validate design concepts and optimize performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
