We are currently seeking talented and experienced Singers to join Ryowa Production Company Limited. This position is approved by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and is specifically open to Filipino workers who are looking to work in Japan. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing in various venues and events, contributing to our high standard of musical entertainment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Singer, with a portfolio of past performances.
• Strong vocal abilities and versatility in various musical genres.
• Ability to read music and perform with live bands or orchestras.
• Excellent stage presence and ability to engage with audiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other artists and production teams.
• Basic knowledge of Japanese language or willingness to learn is an advantage.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and commitment to scheduled performances.
• Valid passport and willingness to relocate and work in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Perform songs across various genres in live concerts, events, and recordings.
• Participate in rehearsals and practice sessions to ensure high-quality performances.
• Collaborate with musicians, producers, and other artists to create engaging performances.
• Maintain vocal health and continuously work on improving vocal techniques.
• Engage with audiences during performances to create memorable experiences.
• Follow schedules and timelines for rehearsals, performances, and recordings.
• Adhere to the company’s guidelines and standards for performances and conduct.
