Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in telecommunications acceptance testing or quality assurance, preferably in a telecommunications or IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, protocols, and standards, such as GSM, CDMA, LTE, and IP networking.
• Familiarity with acceptance testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the acceptance testing process for telecommunications infrastructure and systems, including network equipment, hardware, and software.
• Develop acceptance test plans, procedures, and criteria in collaboration with project stakeholders and vendors.
• Conduct pre-acceptance inspections and verifications to ensure compliance with technical specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.
• Execute acceptance tests and trials to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of telecommunications systems and components.
• Document test results, observations, and discrepancies, and prepare acceptance reports for review and approval.
• Collaborate with project teams, engineers, technicians, and quality assurance personnel to address and resolve acceptance issues and concerns.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project stakeholders during the acceptance phase of telecommunications projects.
