Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in telecommunications design and engineering, with expertise in network planning, architecture, and implementation.
• Proficiency in telecommunications technologies, protocols, and standards, such as GSM, CDMA, LTE, and IP networking.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, practices, and tools, including AutoCAD, Visio, and GIS software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Experience with project management methodologies and practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer telecommunications infrastructure and systems, including network architecture, equipment layouts, and connectivity solutions.
• Develop detailed engineering designs, specifications, and drawings for telecommunications projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site surveys, and risk assessments to evaluate project requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, project managers, and contractors, to coordinate design activities and project delivery.
• Utilize design software and tools to create 2D and 3D models, diagrams, and schematics for telecommunications networks and facilities.
• Perform technical analysis, simulations, and calculations to optimize network performance, capacity, and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
