Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Geography, or related field.
• Proven experience in town planning or urban development, preferably in a consulting or government environment.
• Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in GIS software and other planning tools is desirable.
• Commitment to sustainable development and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and assessments of urban and regional development projects, including land use, zoning, and infrastructure planning.
• Prepare and review development proposals, strategic plans, and policy documents in accordance with regulatory requirements and community needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, developers, and community groups, to facilitate the planning and approval process for development projects.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on planning policies, regulations, and land use issues.
• Conduct site inspections and evaluations to assess the environmental, social, and economic impacts of development proposals.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to planning committees, councils, and other decision-making bodies.
• Stay updated on planning trends, best practices, and legislative changes in the field of urban planning.
