We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to a high standard, ensuring quality finishes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Painter in an automotive workshop.
• Strong knowledge of automotive painting techniques and materials.
• Proficient in color matching and mixing paint to achieve desired results.
• Ability to use spray guns and other painting equipment effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality paint finishes.
• Trade qualification in Spray Painting or Automotive Refinishing (preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces as necessary.
• Mix paint to match vehicle colors and ensure accurate color matching.
• Apply paint coats using spray guns and other painting equipment, ensuring even coverage and smooth finishes.
• Perform quality checks on finished paintwork to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized painting booth and workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of painting jobs.
• Assist with other tasks in the workshop as needed, such as polishing and detailing vehicles.
