A Welder plays a pivotal role in the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of metal structures and components by using various welding techniques. The Welder is responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and quality of welded work, adhering to specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to welding codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding equipment to fuse metal segments, ensuring the integrity and strength of the joint.
• Select appropriate welding techniques based on the type of metal, specifications, and project requirements.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Ensure all welding activities comply with company standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
